"Wide range of interesting topics"
The wide selection of the articles. Enjoyed the topics.I especially liked Caldini's article on persuation, and Deborah Tannen.
decent content with fairly dry narrators make this a piece-meal listen. Articles 3 and 10 are pretty much useless in my opinion. Chapter 3 is nothing more than saying women are all sheepish and bullied by men in every situation and they have no voice in the if a man is present. Chapter 10 simply states the obvious about how to have a tough conversation : be clear, neutral, armed with the facts, and maintain a dialogue.
