In a world inundated with sales books on getting to yes, this audiobook recommends just the opposite, focusing on how increasing your failure rate can greatly accelerate your movement toward ultimate success.
Go for No! chronicles four days in the life of fictional character Eric Bratton, a call-reluctant copier salesman who wakes up one morning to find himself in a strange house with no idea of how he got there. But this house doesn't belong to just anyone! It belongs to him...a wildly successful, 10-years-in-the-future version of the person he could become if he learns to overcome his self-limiting beliefs and overcome his fear of failure.
Through the dialogue of the two main characters, the authors have fashioned an entertaining story to present the key concepts essential to sales success. Listeners learn:
Written to be intentionally short and to the point, Go for No! is a quick, fun listen with valuable lessons that can change the way you think, sell, and live!

This is quite frankly the simplest and the best sales book I've ever had the pleasure of reading/listening to. There is one simple tool to remember, it's well narrated and very engaging.
I was just sad that it was so short, hopefully the author will choose to write a longer version one day.
Just added it to my all time top ten books.
Fantastic learning points for anyone in any element of business.
(only point I had was the literature laziness of the ending (no spoilers)... but that's not very relevant to the awesome content)
I absolutely loved this book, it was engaging, educational and so inspiring! amazing! Definitely a must read when building your personal and professional development!
I hesitated a great deal before buying this audiobook. Would it be worth it?
It is a fantastic little book with a simple and clear message. Our relationship with failure is the wrong way around. While this is a message that most of us have begun to hear I found that it was delivered exceptionally well in this book.
It is one thing in theory and another thing in practise. This book though will be the constant reminder that I return to as I make the teaching into a stable practise in my own life.
Others disliked the story format, I however, thoroughly enjoyed it. Nothing will stick in the mind more than a good story and trust me this is one teaching you will definitely want to stick.
It was definitely worth the money.
"love the lesson to be learned"
stick with it. the first third of the book is hard to follow and made me want to put it down but you hit that ahha moment and it was all necessary! lesson kicks ass
Straight to the point, been selling for years and this opened up a new world!
"Most definitely "Outside the Box" thinking."
Listening to "Go for No" gives one a whole new perspective on selling. With the accepted way of thinking "Go for numbers you will get your quota", it holds one back from their best. Getting a set amount of "NOs" pushes one beyond the bare minimum and settling for just meeting your quota.
It was very easy to listen to.
One of the better books on selling. Gives one a whole new perspective on getting a NO. It takes the pressure off of talking to a prospective customer.
Short, sweet, and to the point. This book makes you see things differently in a simple, yet powerful way!
"Just what I needed"
Wow a must for anyone serious about success. Amazing. Great stuff. Will review this content over and over.
This was the book I needed. After finishing it, I imagined myself meeting the future me, then the past me, and I understood it. I think if I was the future me, I'd hug me too. Great imagination used and it'll fire you up!
This book has definitely opened my eyes. I should not be afraid of the word No. I am on my way to great things.
This was a fast and easy read. Well easy Listen I should say. I would read it again and recommend it to others
"great motivation through a great parable"
love hearing advice and cites to success told through story. loved it! recommending it to all my staff.
Not only is the concept absolutely brilliant but the way it's written, in story form, it kept my attention and brought the concepts to life! A must read for EVERYBODY! Not just those in sales!
