"A MUST HAVE"
I have purchased many audiobooks on selling skills, and this is the BEST book yet. A must have for all sales professionals.
Mr. Le Put present the learning material simple, effective and fun to listen to.
The 14 objections module. Loved the GONG!
The dissection of the sale call scripts.
I love this (first) audio book so much, I bought all the books that Mr. Le Put ever written.

Includes practical exercises to support the material. This is an audio program you will want to conduct at least once a month.

This is for very new people who are just starting to pick up phones. Super basic stuff.

This book was quick and to the point. Many of the techniques are proven methods, but we tend to forget about them when challenged with something new. This a great listen when your starting out and want to gain confidence and if your seasoned, a great back to basics pep talk. Goal setting and the honest evaluation of your why's and why nots of the results are key to success.
For salespeople just starting to use the phone - Great Book with great techniques. Definitely recommending for my team!

Simple to understand and apply. A lot of valuable information for sales people to succeed.
"Good book lousy audiobook"
The content was good in this book however the performance was week. I recommend author revisit the creation of a better version.
"Good Stuff - Highly adaptable"
I actually liked this book MUCH more than I thought I would. I've listened to it at least 5 times and have used many of Mike's examples in my own telemarketing.
I guess it's basic info, but I learned a lot.. I say if you're new to phone sales..
(< 3 yrs in sales) you should get this. helps start a solid foundation.
