The Best part of this book is it's clarity and how Tracy breaks the techniques down too their essence. if you're new to sales, this one is a must-have!
"I hate it when authors read their own books"
This is a fantastic read but the author was the reader and just because a person is a great chef doesn't mean they would make a good cookbook writer.
deadpan and flat voice
Seemed a bit dry at first. Definitely helpful. Well-explained. Wonderfully outlined. I appreciated the summary. I think a workbook would be good.

This is very similar to The Psychology of Selling its very quick and gets down to nitty gritty. If you are looking for something more thorough I would suggest the other book. Either way an enjoyable read/listen.

Pretty much the same techniques that are mentioned in any other books on closing in sales. Very useful. Demands you to be bold and to challenge yourself.

Great content but it was so direct and to the point that it didnot give much in terms of adjusting the techniques for those who aren't working in direct sales. I could still see how they would be very useful though. The narration was pretty weak and didn't really reflect the content. Still a worthwhile listen and easy to follow. I will be using these to practice with colleagues.
