Note really - seemed to be a lot of "little" common sense ideas in here. Wasn't expecting 3 life changing ideas, but the structure seemed a little strange
Short, snappy, and full of goodness.

A great little book filled with practical nuggets of life wisdom to help energize your daily experience. I appreciate the fact that Tom didn't repeat himself 2 or 3 times just to make this more of a full length book like most self-help authors do.
This was easily digestible content that I suspect would benefit anyone that gave it a listen (or read). One of the few books I may go ahead and purchase in print to revisit some of the content later.
Among other topics in the book, Tom discusses sleep habits. This one small piece of the overall content has made a significant improvement to my own energy, mood, and productivity.
Really a great listen!

I deeply appreciated Tom Rath's research based approach to becoming a fully charged person. I have tried to live and teach life balance for years. In this short book you are exposed to some fascinating insights.
I especially liked his thought that the pursuit of happiness is not as healthy as the pursuit of meaning.

It was very easy to start applying in my own life. The performance wasn't too over the top and so it was easy to listen to.

All ideas are easy and doable. Tom Rath leads reader to see life and work from a different angle. Most of us are educated to get as much as possible for ourselves and hardly consider others' benefit. Tom gave us a new perspective of growing ourselves through helping others.
I am on audio book and narrative by Rick is charm like a friend sharing his experience making the audio very enjoyable.
I highly recommend this 2015 best seller and will go with other books by Tom.
