Want To Live an Active Longer Life? Read This!

Narrated by the author this book breaks down the whole show into bite sized nuggets of vital information helping even dumb people understand that they can lose weight, get fit and work towards a healthy lifestyle that puts them in a better position to avoid the all too common "modern" diseases and illnesses that are accepted as "normal" because of the lies and mis-information we're subjected to from birth.

If you can't read that out loud without taking a breath then YOU NEED TO GET THIS BOOK!

Real advice from a real Doctor in "Plain English".

I wished he'd have been even more critical in places but on the whole the prescriptive nature of the book delivers the information fairly. Loved it.

Bible for productivity and health

I had a pleasure to go though over 80 books directly related to productivity so far, and this book summed all of up in just over 7 hours. Practical and straight to the point advice backed by research and facts.
