A brand-new collection of Caitlin's award-winning Times columns plus three major new pieces exclusive to this book - one of which is Caitlin's Moranifesto for a better world. As with Moranthology, Caitlin introduces every piece and weaves her writing together into a brilliant, seamless book. And, similarly to her last collection, Moranifesto is a characteristically fun and witty look at the news, celebrity culture and society.
But it is also - as we all are these days - much more socially engaged, with strong and important pieces on poverty, the media and class. And, of course, she is never afraid to address the big issues, such as Benedict Cumberbatch and duffel coats. Who else but Caitlin Moran - a true Renaissance woman - could deal with topics as pressing and diverse as gaying up the Olympics, affordable housing, 1980s swearing, boarding schools and why the Internet is like a drunken toddler?
From austerity and Hillary Clinton to cystitis and Ant & Dec, Caitlin's manifesto is an engaging and mischievous rallying call for our times.

Another belter from Moran, takes you through a range of emotions with some really thought provoking ideas. Laugh out loud funny in parts and brilliantly written.
The only criticism I have is that Moran didn't read this herself! The book is excellent, intelligent and intuitive. Her Moranifesto proposes genuinely excellent ideas for how we can improve this country as well as ourselves as individuals. I recommend this book to everyone - man, woman, child, Eskimo, Korean, Swedish, French, Iranian, et al!
The energy and verve is nearly always compelling in Moran's writing, and at its best when she is filled with righteous anger mixed with passion to build a better world. Sometimes this anthology veers towards gossipy colour supplement filler, but rarely for long. Worth persevering with if those bits put you off as thete are lots of gems to be found.
This book is brilliant.
She writes in a beautiful eloquent way that just makes so much sense.
Dad, Geek, Nerd, Programmer, etc.
Got me up to date with Britain since leaving in 1998. Thanks for that. Gave me the biggest insight into the whole woman/man thing.
A must read for fathers of daughters, husbands! Even though I think of myself a modern/soft man opened my eyes. I will never look at my daughters or wife the same.
Thanks! From the bottom of my heart.
This is am amazing book that I can't recommend enough. I wish that everyone would read it and by doing becomes happy and helps to make the world a better place.
Caitlin's audible brook bubbles flows twists turns and gurgles; brimming over with brilliant conversations, advice, feelings and compassion. I want to give this book to my teenage girls, to my best girlfriends , to my mum sisters and husband to share the voice of us. Caitlin you feel like my best friend sitting beside me on the sofa with a glass of wine best night in ever ! Thank you x
great collection of columns, well narrated but didn't quite hold together as a book. epilogue is great
I'm rereading it as soon as I've finished, right now! I never wanted this book to end.
the most thought provoking, funny, wise and skillful writer I have come across in years.
the reader is really good too! I was worried that after listening to How To Be A Woman read by Caitlin Moran herself, I'd be ruined for anyone else reading her work. however this reader conveyed her essence really well.
all in all, I'm grateful to be alive in the same century as this author.
