Judyth Vary was once a promising science student who dreamed of finding a cure for cancer; this exposé is her account of how she strayed from a path of mainstream scholarship at the University of Florida to a life of espionage in New Orleans with Lee Harvey Oswald. In her narrative she offers extensive documentation on how she came to be a cancer expert at such a young age, the personalities who urged her to relocate to New Orleans, and what led to her involvement in the development of a biological weapon that Oswald was to smuggle into Cuba to eliminate Fidel Castro. Details on what she knew of Kennedy's impending assassination, her conversations with Oswald as late as two days before the killing, and her belief that Oswald was a deep-cover intelligence agent who was framed for an assassination he was actually trying to prevent, are also revealed.

"Me and Lee solves and explains JFK Assassination"
Top of the list, very best audio book I've ever listened to.
Mary's Monkey. Both talk about the contaminated mokey virus in the polio vaccine and how all of us Americans who got the vaccine were exposed to cancer cells.
No, but she is very good.
Judyth Vary Baker explains all of Lee's last days of life and knowing why he left his wedding ring on the dresser was very moving.
If you want to find out what Lee Harvey Oswald was REALLY like, who was involved in the JFK shooting and why, how we were trying to kill Castro, why we don't cure cancer even though the cure was discovered in the 70's, what was going on in New Orleans in the summer of 1963 and how and why a talented 19 yr. old was forever banned from cancer research and forced into exile, listen to this audio book.
"A must read!!"
The information in this book is gold.
There are no characters... This is a true story.
I'm not a fan.
Judyth Vary Baker is one of the bravest, most intelligent, well spoken, truthful human beings on this planet. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to know what was REALLY going on in this country in the early 1960s...
"Layers off the Onion of Truth"
It ranks as among the most informative; I don't like to compare on a linear scale; makes no sense.
When the depth of the involvement of Oswald with David Ferrie became apparent it made it very clear how little we were told in the way of truth by the Warren Commisison.
She read with clarity and empathy- - it sounded like the real Judyth Vary Baker was speaking to the microphone.
Breaking the slag off the truth.
This book is a must read, along with "Dr. Mary's Monkey" if one wants to truly understand the breadth and depth of the cover-up of the assassination of John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
"The Truth About JFK Assassination Finally Revealed"
Finally, the Truth!
Judyth Vary Baker reveals the truth about the assassination and that Lee Harvey Oswald not only didn't kill JFK, but that he actually gave his life trying to save him. And it's an amazing love story!!
I have not. But she did a great job with this one!
For me, the most surprising and moving part of the book was how Judyth helps us understand the real Lee Harvey Oswald was far different than the vile portrait the government would have us believe.
If you're interested in the truth about JFK's assassination, "Me and Lee" is a must!
"The best book about the Kennedy assassination"
This book establishes more than ever the validity of what Judith Vary Baker says. Everything she says in this book has the ring of authenticity and truth about it. Many other JFK assassination books leave the reader wondering if it could have happened and what about this detail what about that detail. This book ties it all together and establishes a very credible storyline especially concerning Lee Harvey Oswald's motivations prior to the assassination.
"This changes everything about what is known in Lee"
This is a good resource that should be heard by all JFK assassination researches and enthusiasts. I recommend you seek out Dr. Mary's Monkey, as they go hand-in-hand.
The only issue I have with the audio book is that some of the narration is melodramatic, but it's tolerable.
"Makes sense to me."
We see so much in our world today. This isn't even a far stretch after living any amount of life beyond actual maturity. Especially if you do any research at all on what you are interested in. If you think for yourself and you observe realities will fall into place. What doesn't fit leaves. I've seen the JFK assassination through All the cover ups revealed to this election of 2016. Clearly our government is based on money, power and control.
"Here's the Backstory"
This is a wonderfully written and executed audio book. A must for history buffs as well as JFK assassination investigators; plus, you'll get a pretty darn good romance novel as well! I like the fact that the story had to be adapted from Judyth's diary, because there are actual dates to keep the reader grounded. Some books gallop forward and then add something from the beginning as a sort of afterthought. Not this one! "Me & Lee" is a book that will tempt you to listen to in one sitting. Hey, go for it - you won't regret it.
"Truth Stranger Than Fiction"
Truth is indeed quite a lot stranger than fiction. You could not possibly make a story like this up if you tried. When I was a little boy, I wanted to become either a policeman or a fireman. Then I saw John F. Kennedy on TV. Yes, I said to myself, I wanted to grow up and become a man like that. ...but then as a child I discovered that they shoot presidents, don't they? A few years later yet another hero of mine was assassinated in Mississippi. It's a rough world and "wicked men shall wax worse and worse deceiving and being deceived." God help us all, to live for the truth. That will be enough. Thank You Judith for telling us your story. God Bless You!
"Full Of It"
I listened as the author described how Lee drove her around on their many dates -- when I know very well Lee Harvey Oswald did not know how to drive. It was at this moment that I knew the book was full of...you know. Bad fiction masquerading as fact. Horrible.
Another book on JFK assassination.
Adequate as anyone
If anyone had done even a modicum of research, they would know this book is nothing but fiction
