Basically this is waste of time. A silly interview that would add some value if you were back in the beginning of the 90's. There is nothing really relating to branding, just a quick summary of what is a blog, basic interactions with users, and benefits of the same.
Type "what is a blog" on Goggle or check Wikipedia. Save yourself 1hour and a couple of dollars.
