The Welches embody the idea of a "power couple". Jack Welch gained fame for his work as CEO of General Electric while his wife has been recognized for her numerous books on leadership and business. Moderated by Stephen Adler, this episode of Live at the 92nd Street Y is a real treat for anyone with an interest in improving their career trajectory. Jack and Suzie Welch play off each other wonderfully, at times even outshining their endearing and knowledgeable host.

Two fantastically high achieving individuals in a candid view on today's economy. Telling the other side to the sensationalism you see in the press daily. Highly reccomended.
"Jack always hits home"
Yes for sure and have
I appreciate the role that Suzy has. She is incredibly bright and insightful as well and they are a great team.
When Jack talked about the good ol days when your local hardware store helped you and he said that was bs. Good and straight and true!
Any book by Welch is good. Others about him but not by him - not so good.
"Business and politics from the Welch's"
The straight talk from Jack Welch was very good. Would prefer to have the topic of politics not enter the discussion... but it is worth listening to that to get the business gems from these two.
Yes... I have listened to "Winning" and am reading the Answers book follow-up to Winning. The two offer straight talk from their life experience in business.
