Get details on Welch's far-reaching Six Sigma quality initiative, and discover how its principles and standards can save billions of dollars, how and why he has made GE a truly global company (and why you must think global as well), and all the other Welch "Midas touch" strategies you can put to work in your organization, at every level!

A good book, made a little harder to follow by the narrator. He has a somewhat stern approach to the narration which I found made it a little harder to follow.
I enjoyed every minute of listening to this book. Jack Welch is like Marmite - you either love him or hate him. However what he has done at GE is for the benefit of many. The GE way is a culture that we not fit all organisations but everyone will have something to take away from this book.
Informative, inspiring, educational
Although this is a book about Jack Welch and his career, it explains so much about business and people.
Great to listen to. He isn't monotone, he tells the story not just read the words.
From chapter 1 through chapter 21. I found myself going back chapters to re-listen, bookmark and take notes. I know that I'll be listening to this book many more times as I take my own journey in the business world.
A must read "listen" for anyone who wants to see how a professional does it.
This is the condensed version of Jack Walsh, not the full version. It is only 4.5 hours, so this is the abridged version of what took Jack 20 years.
"Avoid this one and choose others instead"
There are many great Jack Welch books out there. This is not one of them. I didn't bother to finish it because there was no reason or need to do so.
