Summary
'Guardiola has no balls. He drove me like a Fiat...I'm a Ferrari', Zlatan Ibrahimovic - professional football's most mercurial player, Swedish national hero, tabloid fixture, fashion icon, modern-day philosopher and black belt in Taekwondo.
Born to a Muslim father from Bosnia, and a Catholic mother from Croatia, Zlatan recounts his extraordinary life story, from his poverty-stricken upbringing as an immigrant in Malmö, Sweden, to becoming one of the world's most sought-after and expensive players, gracing Europe's finest clubs, from Ajax to Juventus, Internazionale to Barcelona, Milan to Paris Saint-Germain, and now Manchester United.
I Am Zlatan reveals a rare and ferocious intelligence, willpower and God-given talent most recently exhibited when Zlatan scored all four goals for Sweden in a 4-2 victory against England. His fourth goal, a 30-yard overhead kick with his back to goal is widely regarded as one of the greatest goals of all time.
The BBC described it as a goal that 'combined unfathomable imagination and expert technique'.

Poor narration
This should be a great book, many have said it’s a great read, but the narrator is so poor. Reading way to fast doesn’t get the story across thus couldn’t carry on listening

British narrator?
narrator is too British for Zlatan, Just doesn't make sense and distracts from the story a bit

thr narrator of this is completely wrong
I had to stop listening to this because the narrator is so wrong. Wouldn't expect zlatan to read it himself but they should have got someone who sounds atleast a bit like him.
Completely takes you out of it, don't recommend.

Fancy slowing down bro?
What’s with the rapid Narrating? So much so that it’s distracting and even the narrator himself can’t keep with his quick he’s reading.
Chill.
Also, the narrator just doesn’t suit a Zlatan book.. ah well, Atleast the new one ‘Adrenaline’ released 6 years later isn’t the same guy………. Oh wait.
Other than the awfully random and awfully awful narration, book is good.

Getting to know the Man Behind the Image
I enjoyed listening to the audiobook. The narrator was engaging and I felt like I was listening to the man himself.
The Ibra story is an adventure. From his upbringing in his hometown Rosengård with his unconventional family to the famous clubs he played for. We learn about his strong desire to make it to the top stemmed from the many doubters he faced and how it drove him to becoming one of the world's best.
There were many interesting moments such as his encounter with Mino Raiola (his agent), his relationship with Guardiola and wonderful goals. However my favourite story was how he become good friends with a gamer he met online. That was awesome!
So if you're an Ibra fan, a football fan, a sports fan or just someone who enjoys an interesting and compelling read, I highly recommend this! Trust me. You won't regret it.

A great story
A very interesting story by a very interesting person. Lively, thoughtful, and honest.
For anyone interested in people. You don’t need to be a football fan.
Hours of good listening.

Brilliant
A fantastic tale of rags to riches, nice to get an understanding of the man behind the name.
