Very poor sound quality and an old-fashioned acting style make this very difficult to listen to

A Bad Sound Recording That Gets Better

But I suppose all has been done to correct the old recording. Yes this is a classic from the past - but this adds to the pleasure. Basil is not my
fave Sherlock nor is this Watson, but it is good to have these old recordings for prosperity. I think these are taken from the old black & white films.
