Summary

Zakir Hossain is an internationally acclaimed poet, actor, essayist, novelist, playwright, scriptwriter, and filmmaker. He has been active in art and literature since 1990. This is his third published book. The first two were The Prophet (poetry) and In the Shadow of the Red-Light (novel). Both of the books were internationally acclaimed by literature lovers.

This book consists of poems that signify the events of life. No matter what life brings for us to experience on our own - dark or bright, high or low, joy or sorrow - it all enriches us with great lessons. Life is our master indeed. It also includes 10 beautiful haikus; we all know that haiku is one of the most important forms of traditional Japanese poetry.

The first poem broke my heart! Sensation book

'The Sky Fell on Him Again', Jesus Christ, this poem moved me so much! I cried. Beautifully performed by Linda. Loved other poems too,

Great collection of poems

Very heart-touching poems, loved them. The narrator is the right person to read the poems, she reads with her mature and skilful voice.
