La Galleria degli Uffizi è uno dei più famosi musei del mondo, grazie alla ricca quantità di opere d'arte e ai capolavori unici, la maggior parte di epoca rinascimentale, conservati all'interno delle sue mura. Ospita opere d'arte di grandi artisti italiani come Botticelli, Giotto, Cimabue, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci e Raffaello, solo per citarne alcuni dei più famosi. La sua vasta collezione raccoglie opere di tutti i secoli, ma la gran parte risale al periodo tra il XII e il XVII secolo. Gli Uffizi, insieme con i Musei Vaticani a Roma, sono i primi due musei più visitati in Italia da parte dei viaggiatori provenienti da tutto il mondo e le lunghe code all'entrata del museo sono quasi famose come i capolavori che accoglie. Un piccolo sacrificio per poter vedere così tante meraviglie raccolte in unico luogo, culla del Rinascimento italiano.
