Jackdaws by Ken Follett is an irresistible novel of the French Resistance, love, courage and revenge set in the Second War War.

Short but sweet

Great story, fast moving, very enjoyable. Just a little short for the price of a full credit .

Excellent listen.

A thrilling action packed abridged version of Jackdaws. From start to finish you are led on a terrific journey, brought to life by excellent narration. My only reservation is that it was short but sweet, and could have done with being an hour or two longer. Nevertheless, it's great.!

Follett does it again

A short rollercoaster of a story told the way only Ken Follett can. As you recover from one twist you are catapulted into the next right up to the explosive end. What a sad/happy ending,in the entire story it was the only bit I saw coming,or was that what l wanted at the end? Samantha Bonds voice and beautiful diction was perfect to tell this story.
