Makes learning fun and enjoyable. Particularly useful on a dog walk - though I do get some strange looks from the dog when repeating the Spanish! Have already bought Vol 2 and am waiting for Vol 3 to come out. Just get it and you'll get hooked. Also consider the Michel Thomas series which is heavier and slower, but a good companion to this.

Surprisingly effective. The rhythm definitely helps you remember what you're supposed to say. Occasional little glimpses of personality from the two speakers adds to the lighthearted effect - listening to and learning from this doesn't feel like hard work at all.

This helped me swop over from French to Spanish immediately I crossed the border and buy a bus ticket as well as general finding a table, ordering food and drink etc.

With less than a week 'til my last minute holiday I bought this title in the hope of picking up the very basics. Learning languages has never come easily to me but in just a few days I had learned enough to confidently make myself understood. Believe me, I was amazed at how well this system worked.
I am now working on the Italian title in preparation for my next holiday - this time I have a couple of months to learn - and am enjoying every minute.

Super rythmic methodology for this tutorial that uses real life situations to get you understanding the language means that you really 'get into' the leaning.

I enjoyed this learning tool my only concern is how far the course takes you if you want to take you learning further.

I found this a good way to learn spanish.. the repetitive way the words are used.. one down side was a couple of words i could not make out... but on the whole i like it
