Ok, i feel like i have to set the scene a little here, firstly i buy many many things off the net, read many books, try out lots of software, but never ever leave a review or feedback. im only doing it now cuz i think this audiobook has CHANGED MY LIFE FOR EVER!!!
I wont bother you with the full story of how many i was smoking or how long for i simply want to say that no matter how sceptical you are (and i really was, in fact didnt buy it many times on occasions when i was thikning about it) this audiobook works!!
Im a real sceptic with all things like this and am terribly weak willed but i think this book does a few key thing that make it work:
1. Changes your subconsious perception of smoking and why you feel you need
2. Impregnantes in your mind the real reason you smoke
3. reminds you how enjoyable it will be not to smoke
..the result is YOU WILL, and i really mean this, not only give up smoking overnight,(but heres the best bit) find it EASY, and (wait for it) ENJOYABLE!!
Its so hard to believe but i can assure you i have gone from 40 smokes a day to none, its not beEN hard, its not been torture, its been ENJOYABLE and its been enlightening!!! DO It now YOU WONT LOOK BACK....

I smoked almost a pack a day for 30 years, then I bought this audiobook last March. I finally listened to it in April and gave up smoking right away. I havent smoked one cigarette since and have been smoke free for 9 months now. There is no magic - just a simple, compelling expalantion of why we smoke and why in fact, we don't really either want or need to.
I wish I had done this years ago - but it's never too late. What have you got to loose?

I have been smoking 20-30 a day for 17 years. I listened to this audiobook and on the 28th December I stopped smoking.It was easy and I have not craved one since. Brilliant book, and actually works
