Track One will help children relax calmly and comfortably as they receive powerful, long-lasting suggestions to boost their confidence and self-esteem. They are encouraged to exchange negative self doubt for empowering, positive beliefs.

Track Two gives specific suggestions for listening, focus, organisation of thinking, planning, and getting down to work, as well as various study and spelling strategies, and time-management tips.

Although it is particularly helpful to those with dyslexia (and also dyspraxia), the program is also very useful for any secondary or high-school student. The best time to listen is usually as the child relaxes before going to sleep. Listening to the recording should be additional to, and not in place of, any normal bedtime reading or listening.
