You'll learn straightforward techniques that you can use to make the bad times more bearable, the good times better than ever, and everyday life just, well, less "everyday".
Then, with a little practice, you'll learn how to Flip It swiftly, instantly and successfully to turn even the most pressing problems into the best possible experiences. I have read, and listened to many personal development books but am really enjoying listening to this one. The advice is brilliant, but is delivered in a humorous and practical way. Highly recommended!

As with a lot of this type of book, most of the content is common sense and you're simply reminded or informed of better/different way of doing things - it's not much different here but the advice does make you think of things and tackle situations with an 'every cloud has a silver lining' philosophy.
A pretty good book.
A must! ![]()

A must buy which is even better thanks to the author and narrators friendly, encouraging 'banter'. Full of analogies, this wonderful piece of self development media is an absoloute joy and can make such a difference to all you perceive. 'Why can't I do this'? into 'how can I do this' = Flip it! So easy and such common sense..with fun!
