Excellent. First class! You will need to commit to four or five listens but, do the exercises and see it through and genuinely it will help.
Reasonably clear and easy to follow, although it will take a lot of pausing and rewinding to really get the message and to do the exercises. (If I was Richard Jacobs I would probably have extended it an hour and made it a bit more repetitive to hit the message ‘home’)
There is a lot worse on the market at vastly inflated prices. This is a bargain for the quality of content but irrelevant unless you listen to it sitting at a table with a pen and a few sheets of A3 (not one for the car!)
