I smoked almost a pack a day for 30 years, then I bought this audiobook last March. I finally listened to it in April and gave up smoking right away. I havent smoked one cigarette since and have been smoke free for 9 months now. There is no magic - just a simple, compelling expalantion of why we smoke and why in fact, we don't really either want or need to.
I wish I had done this years ago - but it's never too late. What have you got to loose?
